Equipped with Muyshondt’s Lumicron technology, the Aeon produces a smooth, well-formed beam that mimics sunlight with beautiful, accurate light that maintains the color and contrast of your illuminated scene.
As part of the proofing of core design elements that influenced our entire product line thereafter, an Aeon Prototype was sent unprotected to the edge of space, ascending 20 miles above the surface of the Earth, enduring temperatures as low a -40C, and near vacuum pressures of 10kPA. After its descent it was safely recovered, activated with a click of its tailcap, and found fully functional, no worse for wear from its journey.
